To cut or not to cut..

This question has probably been asked at LEAST a million times just by one girl in her lifetime alone. Females in general seem to enjoy changing up their appearance and mostly because they believe it will make them more attractive but what happens when the person obsessing is really a boy? Imagine a boy staring in a mirror for hours pondering whether or not he needs a trim or a change....NOW imagine Justin Bieber doing just that. I have a love for the cute little beaver but it angers me that he thinks he can just change his hair! Honestly he might look better with a different do but that is irrelevant, he is famous for three main reasons: 1. His voice (just like a little baby) 2. His dance moves/small size (increases cute factor) 3. His HAIR (the Bieber hair is famous among everyone and even celebrities have gotten the swoop) So exactly who does he think he is? Justin Bieber recently went out with a "haircut"  but he really just combed it the other way.....WOW! All I am saying is that maybe he really should get a new haircut because his head is starting to get a LOT bigger...
